We had spent months looking for our forever home before reaching out to Adam for help. Within a month, we found the home of our dreams. He made the process of purchasing a home easy while breaking down every step along the way.

Even before we bought our new house, Adam came to our old house, listened to updates we were considering and provided invaluable feedback about the state of the market, which updates might impact price and which were really unnecessary. This provided us with a better understanding about which projects to devote money and time, and which we could ignore. After all our work was done, Adam returned to reassess the home, provided an updated summary of the market and we compared notes about his opinion and ours on ideal pricing. Adam's summary was very much inline with our own independent analysis and pricing. We listed the house and were in contract in under a week! Adam provided timely answers to our questions every step of the way and even offered on multiple occasions to check on our property before closing after we moved (lock checks, confirming everything was ok after storms, etc). Adam was knowledgeable, professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone selling a home.
